This article is an original Nakiri from the H. Herder company in Solingen. The "Tukan" brand has stood for the best quality since 1928.

The Nakiri is an increasingly popular paring knife originally from Japan. The high back of the blade and the blunt tip make it ideal for quickly processing large quantities of fruit and vegetables. Due to the good blade guidance and the lack of a point, the risk of injury is also reduced. In addition, the wide blade can be used to transport the clippings into the pot or pan after cutting. Unlike other products, the Herder Nakiri's blade does not bend due to the blade strength.
