Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the quality of the knives. However, I can emphasize that a very nice contact is maintained and requests are politely addressed. Especially in my case: I bought a knife set as a surprise for my wife. Unfortunately, there was little joy, so I wanted to send the knife set back. When I asked, I was immediately sent a return label so that the contract could be reversed. Many thanks to Mr. Rottner!
