Strange... We had a conversation via email, in a relatively quick exchange. My "free sharpening voucher" was not granted to me for a knife from my collection, which shocked me greatly and which is not mentioned anywhere - down to personal contact and willingness to redeem the voucher. There is also a misleading picture on the website with 2x "free sharpening voucher". In fact, it's just a "free sharpening voucher" - if you look closely, this is also in the description, but the picture is deceptive nonetheless. This company has a nice appearance. But basically no accommodating customer contact at all. Shortly after this bad news I returned the knife due to poor quality. Suddenly: no answer for 3 whole days! The return label was only issued to me after repeated requests. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing. As if that wasn't enough: the seller's reactions are always associated with a certain reproachful unfriendliness in the undertone Dump. Be careful with this store. No recommendation.

Bought the Eickhorn Bellator. When I received the knife, I noticed that there was a small burr (shadow) on the blade. Nice, friendly contact to the Rottner company. Uncomplicated return and after a few days I had my Bellator in my hands again. The burr has been removed and that's the way it's supposed to be. Gladly again.

I was (since I am an extreme Rambo fan) looking for a knife that was personally tailored to me, which I always take with me when I go into the woods and I came across this military knife on YouTube and was immediately impressed by the shape and size and then I have I found this at Messervertrieb Rottner and were able to do a personal engraving for me - simply great and very quickly made and sent - can only be recommended.

A very nice hunting knife that is similar in shape and optics to the Puma Hunters Pal, but made a little more massive. The blade is made of stainless steel and the handle knob is made of brass, which makes the knife look more elegant. The handle scales on this knife are attached with only two rivets, in contrast to earlier models, where there were still three rivets. But that has no further influence on the optics and stability. I give a clear buy recommendation👍

A knife bought from this dealer was already defective after the first use (spring broken). The complaint process turned out to be difficult, a used, dirty knife was sent in exchange. After a few weeks this was also defective (also broken spring) - complaints were refused! Excuses are sought, false claims made - overall very unfriendly contact with Mr Niklas Rottner, so absolutely not recommended.
