Güde Alpha Hacker
The name of this knife already says what it was designed for. The Güde Hacker Art.-No. 1740/18 from the Alpha series has a large, strong blade. The blade cuts and cuts large pieces of meat, poultry or fish with ease. Bones or chops can be chopped up easily and without great effort due to the high weight of the knife (380 g). Thanks to the wide blade, spices can also be pounded into meat or fish perfectly. The hand-forged blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel is made from one piece, ice-hardened rust-free and hand-sharpened. The material of the knife handle consists of the special plastic Hostaform. This makes the handle permanently wear-resistant, robust and tough. Since the shaft is finely polished, the knife is also easy to maintain. However, due to the inclusion of stainless steel and aluminum rivets on the handle, the knife is not suitable for the dishwasher.
Güde Alpha series:
Güde Alpha series knives are handcrafted in over 30 operations. The blade with a continuous tang is forged by hand from a piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, ice-hardened, is rust-free and hand-sharpened. The handle - made of robust and easy-care Hostaform - is finely polished. Chef's knives of the Güde Alpha series meet the guidelines for knives for use in gastronomy without exception. The Güde Alpha series is the Güde knife series with the greatest variety of models.
