Eickhorn Solingen:
In the past, Eickhorn knives such as rescue, combat and bayonet knives were almost exclusively supplied to authorities. The quality and functionality of these products soon became known and valued worldwide. As the popularity continued to grow, Eickhorn decided to expand its range for the civilian market as well.
So it came about that Eickhorn now manufactures its innovative knives for everyone. The tried and tested tradition is combined with the latest technology in order to achieve the best results. In the field of damask knives, the blacksmith's choice fell on the well-known and talented Markus Balbach. He is one of the best European experts when it comes to making Damascus blades.
Many knife manufacturers in Solingen have meanwhile relocated abroad, but not Eickhorn! Eickhorn is in Solingen grew up and will remain loyal to the city of blades in the future.
