Güde Alpha Santoku knife with bevel cut
The Japanese among the Solingen knives. The term "Santoku" comes from the Japanese and stands for the typical Japanese blade shape. The Güde Santoku knife from the Alpha series is perfect for fine and precise cutting work in the kitchen. The 18 cm long blade effortlessly portions meat, fish and vegetables. The Kullenschliff prevents thin and soft discs from sticking. The hand-forged blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel is made of one piece, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. The handle of the knife consists of the special plastic Hostaform. This makes the handle permanently wear-resistant, robust and tough. Since the shaft is finely polished, the knife is also easy to maintain. However, the knife is not suitable for the dishwasher due to the incorporation of the stainless steel and aluminum rivets on the handle.
