The Rotwild Jagdnicker: ROTWILD is the new brand of the Otter knife manufacturer for hunting and outdoor knives. This knife is made exclusively in Solingen. The SPERBER hunting knife is as robust as it is functional. Thanks to the narrow shape and the straight handle, it is an all-rounder that has proven itself both outdoors and for breaking open hoofed game. The blade, tang and pommel of this knife are made of one piece. This type of production makes it much more robust than a knife that has been assembled from different individual parts. The blade steel is made of stainless steel N690 (Böhler). The handle scales are made of stabilized poplar wood. Optionally, a robust leather sheath or leather quiver is included in the scope of delivery.

The Otter company was founded around 1840 in a small Kotten - a traditional water-powered grinding shop - at the Königsmühle in Solingen founded.

Their name comes from the fish otters who lived on the banks of streams and rivers in the Bergisches Land at that time. These adorn the products as the company's logo.
