"Bye bye crumbs!" Thanks to the unique KAI serrated edge, squashed slices of bread are a thing of the past. Incidentally, pineapples can also be decapitated with the long, strong and sharp blade.

The shapely blade of the KAI Tim Mälzer Kamagata bread knife is forged from 4116 stainless steel and is therefore corrosion-resistant. It has a hardness of 56 HRC. Tim Mälzer's logo and his personal signature are applied to the blade and, together with the satin finish, complement the noble and high-quality overall look of this knife. The polished handle is ergonomically shaped and due to the symmetrical alignment suitable for left- and right-handers. It lies comfortably in the hand and enables a secure and comfortable grip when working. The balance between handle and blade makes cutting particularly smooth and agile. The handle material made of polished POM plastic is water-resistant, hygienic and particularly easy to care for. Tim Mälzer's own "kitchen bull" symbol adorns the end of the handle on a metal emblem, making it a sophisticated highlight.

The Tim Mälzer Kamagata chef's knife series impresses with high functionality, robust quality standards and minimalist aesthetics. With its no-frills design, the knife collection focuses on the essential properties for efficient processes in the kitchen. Tim Mälzer created the design of the archetype of the blade independently at the beginning of the multi-year development process in Japan.

The knives have a characteristic contour due to the significant arching of the blade. The name "Kamagata" (Japanese for sickle-shaped) is derived from this striking shape. In combination with the black handle, the knives have a matter-of-fact, cool look and ensure excellent handling and ergonomics. Due to the special coordination of the different blade shapes, the Tim Mälzer Kamagata series offers the right knife for every purpose.
