Felix First Class paring knife
Precise cutting is no problem with the paring knife from the FIRST CLASS series. Everything is possible with the handy paring knife: clean vegetables, peel fruit or process pieces of meat. The sharp blade makes deep cuts without tearing open the meat fibers. Roast can easily be peppered with garlic or bacon. The filleting of smaller fish is also possible with the paring knife.
FIRST CLASS series:
The FIRST CLASS shows you its unique quality. Die-forged in one piece from X50 CrMoV15 blade steel, vacuum- and ice-hardened, the material achieves a fine, dense and homogeneous structure. This guarantees a blade that is characterized by lasting edge retention and corrosion resistance. The double bolster - at the lower and upper end of the handle - gives the FIRST CLASS perfect balance. The ergonomically shaped handle is compact and secure in the hand. FIRST CLASS is a reliable and uncomplicated knife that proves its unique quality every day with its simple elegance and timeless beauty.
FELIX Solingen:
FELIX GMBH SOLINGEN is one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the world. Since 1790 FELIX has been producing unique knives that are unparalleled in quality, function and design. They are among the best handcrafted knives in the world. FELIX knives have been awarded the iF Product Design Award in gold for one of the most beautiful products in the world and the RedDot Design Award. The FELIX company works exclusively with high-quality raw materials. The blades guarantee flexibility, corrosion resistance and high edge retention thanks to the even and dense grain of the microstructure in the steel. A FELIX knife goes through approx. 45 work steps before it leaves the factory. Most of them by hand. The complex knowledge of traditional production and the precise processing are visible in every FELIX knife. But above all, they can be felt.
