ROTWILD is the new brand from knife manufacturer Otter for hunting and outdoor knives. This knife is manufactured exclusively in Solingen. The SPERBER hunting knife is as robust as it is functional. Thanks to the narrow shape and the straight handle, it is an all-rounder that has proven itself both in the outdoor area and is suitable for breaking up hoofed game. The blade, tang and pommel of this knife are made from one piece. This type of production makes it much more robust than a knife that was assembled from different individual parts. The blade steel is made of stainless steel N690 (Böhler). The handle scales are made of stag horn. A sturdy leather sheath is included.

The Otter company was founded around 1840 in a small Kotten - a traditional water-powered grinding shop - at the Königsmühle in Solingen.

Their name comes from the fish otters who lived on the banks of streams and rivers in the Bergisches Land at that time. These adorn the products as the company's logo.
