The spoon of the highly flexible turner 1946 is wafer-thin and made of gentle nylon. They slide easily under sensitive foods such as fried eggs, scallops or fine pastries and lift and turn without the risk of breakage. The nylon ensures particularly gentle handling of non-stick coated pans and forms.
