The hardened and carefully sharpened cutting wheel made of special steel remains permanently sharp, while the two-sided guidance ensures a lot of stability. In addition to cutting and portioning pizza and tarte flambée, it is also suitable for dividing homemade pasta dough, pastry dough or thin sheet cakes. The handle is made of robust, glass fiber reinforced polyamide, offers a secure hold and is made for professional use.
