Triangle aroma grater:

The triangle aroma grater works on a unique principle and grinds aroma ingredients such as ginger, garlic, wasabi or citrus peel into a fine puree. Intensive aromas can be dosed very finely and, above all, without pieces.

The grated material is rubbed on high-quality nylon teeth, which means that fibers are not cut but rather remain behind. This is not how you get into the food. Then the perforated sheet is lifted off the rubbing surface and brushes the must off the teeth.

The material to be grated can simply be wiped off the sheet metal, the friction loss is minimal. Also perfect for horseradish, apples or to grate some potatoes to thicken sauces.

After use, the grater is easy to clean under running water or in the dishwasher.
