Die formschöne Klinge des KAI Tim Mälzer Kamagata Hybrid Kochmesser ist aus rostfreiem 4116 Edelstahl geschmiedet und somit korrosionsbeständig. Sie besitzt einen Härtegrad von 56 HRC. Tim Mälzers Logo und seine persönliche Signatur sind auf der Klinge aufgebracht und ergänzen gemeinsam mit dem satinierten Finish die edle und hochwertige Gesamtoptik dieses Messers. Der polierte Griff ist ergonomisch geformt und durch die symmetrische Ausrichtung suitable for left- and right-handers. It lies comfortably in the hand and enables a secure and comfortable grip when working. The balance between handle and blade makes cutting particularly smooth and agile. The handle material made of polished POM plastic is water-resistant, hygienic and particularly easy to care for. Tim Mälzer's own "kitchen bull" symbol adorns the end of the handle on a metal emblem, making it a sophisticated highlight.
