Traditionally, chopping knives are used to quickly and easily chop herbs, nuts, cloves of garlic, etc. Large models with 23 cm are also ideal for cutting pizza, tarte flambée and sheet cakes and are beautiful enough to be enjoyed at the table. The two ergonomically shaped handles of the single-edged chopping knife ensure safe handling and optimum power transmission. This guarantees fatigue-free work. The hardened blade, a rarity among chopping knives, is characterized by a particularly high and long-lasting sharpness.
