If necessary, the 2-in-1 catcher is simply clipped under the grater. Turned over and over the rubbing surface, the catcher functions as an effective blade protection, protects against injuries and ensures permanently sharp cutting edges.

The grater is of high quality and extremely sharp thanks to the special photo-etching process. A practical stand with anti-slip knobs and a support recess ensure a secure hold on bowls.
