Sharpening voucher
With the purchase of this knife, we give you a voucher card for professional re-sharpening free of charge. Even the best knives lose their sharpness over time, despite optimal use and storage. If the process has progressed too far, sharpening with a sharpening steel is no longer sufficient. With our sharpening voucher, we give you the opportunity to let your knife shine in new splendor. Your knife will be sharpened at the Wasserkraft Manufaktur in Solingen Wipperkotten. All further information can be found on the voucher card.
Eickhorn woad cutlery:
The Eickhorn woad set consists of the new Boar Hunter knife and a Para II GS.
The Eickhorn Boar Hunter meets the requirements of the modern hunter for a functional interception knife. This can be necessary if the animal was injured, for example, by a bad shot. The hunter can then release the animal from its suffering quickly and safely for himself and his environment without using a firearm.
It has a 259 mm long, hollow ground dagger blade and an ergonomic, glass fiber reinforced plastic handle. This knife can take a lot and can be disinfected at the same time. The Para II accessory knife has handles made of brown G-10. The knives are delivered in a combination leather sheath.
Eickhorn Solingen:
The EICKHORN Messer company is one of the oldest knife companies in Solingen. At the end of the 19th century, Eickhorn products were known worldwide for their excellent reputation for functionality and quality. In the beginning, the Eickhorn company concentrated almost exclusively on the government market. The company later specialized in military knives and bayonets. Increasingly, knives for private customers can also be found in the range. With innovative knives and cutlery from the most modern production, Eickhorn manages to equip both markets successfully.
Eickhorn combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. When processing the decorative high-performance steels, the well-known damask smith Marks Balbach ensures the optimal execution. He is one of the best specialists in Europe and makes some of the best Damascus blades.
Eickhorn has been manufacturing its knives in the world-famous city of blades, Solingen, for over 150 years. Over time, other companies relocated their production to the Far East. The Eickhorn company remains true to its home location in Solingen. This will continue to be the case in the future. State-of-the-art CNC machining centers guarantee the high quality standard of the original Eickhorn Solingen knives. Carefully selected raw materials and the latest quality assurance systems are the basis for the best products made in Solingen.
The company was certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 in 2006 and has been confirmed annually to this day.
