Otter anchor knife Sapelli:
Functionality and simple beauty - these are the attributes that characterize this classic from OTTER. The anchor knife is a real eye-catcher. The brass anchor embedded in the wooden handle gives the pocket knife a special flair. It is firmly riveted to the handle and sanded flush. Together with the beautifully structured handles made of sapelli wood, it forms a stylish contrast. The blade is a hoof blade, which is particularly suitable for pulling cuts.
This pocket knife is the large version of the anchor knife. You can choose between carbon steel and stainless steel for the blade steel.
OTTER – Hot quality from Solingen since 1840
The Otter company was founded around 1840 in a small Kotten - a traditional water-powered grinding shop - at the Königsmühle in Solingen. Their name comes from the fish otters who lived on the banks of streams and rivers in the Bergisches Land at that time. These adorn the products as the company's logo. The pocket knives and knives with fixed blades are made in the traditional way in Solingen. Even today, the pocket and fixed knives are carefully handcrafted and sharpened. The range consists of knives for leisure, household, garden and hunting. Mostly equipped with carbon blades, these have an excellent edge retention and are evidence of robust quality - Made in Solingen / Germany.

I actually wanted the black one, but it was sold out. So that with the light wood and I'm happy with that. Sharp blade, sturdy, neatly crafted knife for the garden and in the forest.
