Triangle fine planer:

The fine slicer Professional cuts continuously adjustable from wafer-thin (ideal for truffles, garlic, chilli, parmesan) to medium-thick (for potatoes, carrots, cucumber, zucchini, etc.). The food holder enables the end pieces to be processed safely right down to the last pane. There are no leftovers.

The handle made of sturdy, glass fiber reinforced polyamide is suitable for professional use.
