The hardened and carefully sharpened cutting wheel made of special steel remains permanently sharp, while the guides on both sides ensure a lot of stability. In addition to cutting and portioning pizza and tarte flambée, it is also suitable for dividing homemade pasta dough, pastry dough or thin sheet cakes.

For the sake of nature, all wood comes from sustainably managed German orchards and private forests. The handles are turned in the Sauerland, then finely machined in Solingen and assembled with functional parts made of stainless steel. Of course, green electricity is used for production.
